RUNNING TIMES                                   

We run 3 sessions per week all year round and 5 sessions from October through until March!

Sessions are 30 - 40mins for weekday training and from 30 minutes to 1hr low intensity on Sundays.

We modify our program 3 months out from the City to Bay to enable our members to complete the 12km or 6km run more comfortably.

The group targets short and long term goals including the Adelaide City to Bay (September)

Runners  and Walkers can choose between any of our sessions to suit their lifestyles.

Morning group starting Friday 1st October 2010

Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6.00am start again Friday October 1st 2010

and through until Wednesday March 30th 2011
