"Run For Your Life" includes a much loved social component where once a month the group gets together through a variety of activities and over $800.00 worth of sponsor donated prizes are given away to members who come along.

Events vary month to month and details are communicated at running sessions and emailed to members.

Annual events include our Birthday Bash, Mystery Christmas Function, Lawn Bowls Challenge Night, Woodstock Winery at the Sea and Vines Weekend and a Family BBQ day.

Additionally each Sunday directly after our low intensity runs it is optional to meet at The Strand in Glenelg for coffee, breakfast and/or a catch up with other members!
